Postage & Returns
Any items that have been ordered personalised are not eligible for any returns, If your item has arrived damaged or with an error then please get in touch via the contact page on the website or Facebook page and I will try and resolve this for you. Where an item can be replaced it will be sent out at no addition costs. You are also eligible to ‘add to your replacement order’ with another order you may want to save on some postage. Please let me know if this is the case so that I can hold it back until your new order is fulfilled.
If your item cannot be replaced you will be offered an account credit (if you have an account registered) This is useful if you are a regular customer or a full refund to your bank. Please note that the funds make take a few working days to reach back to your payment method account.

Receiving your parcel
Please note the turnaround at the top of the page before ordering. This is working days and excludes bank holidays and weekends. Turnaround if before post and can take a further 2-5 days to arrive. Parcels are dropped off to my local courier around 3 times a week. I try to complete orders in bulk so that they leave on the day of your order complete email to help shorten the wait. Any orders that are nearer the full 10 working day turnaround, out of appreciation of your patience, I upgrade to next day delivery ( which shortens the delivery time to around 2 days with Evri.)
Missing order?
If for some reason you still have received your order within a week of your order complete email, then please get in touch via the website contact form or facebook page. All courier parcels I have access to tracking and can try and chase to see where it is and whether there are any delays. If your order cannot be located I will offer either a replacement to be sent (stock depending) or a full refund.
